Notes
Cold brew concentrate strength varies, so adjust with a splash of milk or water if it seems too strong.
Use whole or 2% milk for the creamiest texture; oat or almond milk also work well.
For a dairy-free latte, choose unsweetened plant milk and taste before adding extra maple syrup.
If the maple syrup does not dissolve easily, warm it with a splash of hot water first.
Make a bigger batch of the salted maple cold brew concentrate and keep it refrigerated for up to one week.
Serve with a straw and drink within 30 minutes so the ice does not water it down.
Sprinkle a little extra flaky salt right before serving for a more pronounced sweet-salty finish.
