Notes

For a chunky vinaigrette, blend as directed, then stir in 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries. Taste and adjust seasoning: add more honey if too tart, extra vinegar if too sweet, or a pinch more salt and pepper. This dressing is fantastic on spinach salads, over grilled chicken, or drizzled on fresh fruit. Store in the fridge and use within a week. If the dressing thickens when cold, let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before shaking.
