Method
Combine Juices and Honey
- In a 2-quart pitcher, stir together the orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until the honey is fully dissolved.
Dilute and Taste
- Slowly pour in the cold water while stirring to combine. The acidity from the citrus will help the honey dissolve without needing to warm it separately.
- Taste the mixture and add an extra spoonful of honey if you prefer a sweeter drink.
Chill
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
Serve
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the orange lemonade, and garnish each glass with a citrus wheel and a mint sprig if desired.

Notes
For a sparkling version, replace half the still water with chilled seltzer just before serving.
Add a herbal twist by bruising 4 basil leaves or a rosemary sprig and letting them steep in the pitcher.
For a cocktail, add 1–2 oz vodka, white rum, or tequila per glass, or top the whole pitcher with 1 cup chilled prosecco.
To make it sugar-free, sweeten with 3 tablespoons of monk-fruit blend dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; stir before serving as the pulp will settle.
